Beautiful. You have a nice sense of transparency down below In the watery area which I think is quite challenging with just pastel which always seem opaque to me. I just went Some of the beaches on the Far western edge of the Olympic Peninsula. They are rather remote, difficult to get to it and I think also a little mysterious. They also have a lot so driftwood and some very odd giant rock formations.

Thanks! I had a lot of fun with the mark-making in the little tide pool area. I saw your plein aire studies from the beaches over there very nice!! Hope you get time to get out for more direct observation action.
